The country I was born in was chosen for me. My culture was chosen for me. My past was chosen for me.
My future is chosen by me.
I choose freedom.
I choose truth.
I choose healing.
I choose joy.
I choose possibility.
I choose opportunity.
I choose forgiveness.
I choose myself.
And that choice is everything.
