Starting over is not glamorous. It’s messy, frightening, exhausting and uncertain. But it is also one of the most powerful acts of self‑determination.

I started over with nothing - no roadmap, no support system, little savings, no guarantee that life would be better. I started over because the alternative was staying trapped. And every step I took, no matter how small, was a declaration: My life belongs to me now. I want you to know, you don’t have to have all the answers to know where you are going, you just need to believe you can do it because you know staying where you are is not an option.
